Refund Policy

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES

Proof of Delivery:

A product (defined as a home study course enrollment, live webinar registration, certificate/certification program enrollment, membership program enrollment, or e-book purchase) is considered delivered in full when:

- The enrolled course module(s) appear in the front-end user Dashboard, or

- The e-book order shows as complete and/or file access is granted.



Refund Policies:


1. Asynchronous Home Study Course Enrollment & Self-Paced Certificate/Certification Program Enrollment:

- 100% quality guaranteed.

- Customers are eligible for a **full refund** (minus payment system processing fees) within **24 hours** of verified, completed purchase, as long as the course has not been completed.

- No questions asked.


2. Completed Live CE Webinar & Live Consultation Event Registrations:

- Full refunds (minus payment system processing fees) are available when formally requested up to **72 hours** before the event’s scheduled start time.

- Note: Event start times are listed in **Central Time (US).**



Exchange Credit:

- If the time conditions for refunds are not met, customers may request exchange credit equal to the amount paid.

- As long as the course has not been completed, these requests will be granted immediately with no credit expiration date.



Important Notes:

- Monthly-Paid Membership Subscriptions and Certificate/Certification Program Payment Plans are governed by separate Terms and Conditions policies, which are not covered by this Refund Policy.

- Subscription and Payment Plan Terms and Conditions are presented for review and must be legally accepted prior to purchase.

- For monthly-paid memberships and payment plan enrollments, the **Subscription and Payment Plan Terms and Conditions** document can be viewed and downloaded prior to purchase via links on the enrollment forms.

- Cash refunds (partial or full) may not include nonrefundable payment system processing fees.
