Will CLEs from Legal Master, LLC be accepted by my state bar?
We are working with several state bars to obtain course approval. At this time, here are our approvals.
For home study courses, we are either auto-approved or have obtained approval for some of our courses in these states:
• Alaska
• Arizona
• Connecticut
• Kansas
• Missouri
For live courses we have obtained approval for some of our courses in these states:
• Alaska
• Arizona
• Connecticut
• Kansas
• Missouri
We will continue to keep an updated list of our general approvals here, but be sure to read each individual course’s description to verify the states that accept that particular course.
If I need help, how long do I have to wait for Legal Master to return my email or phone call?
We will respond to your call/email same-day, unless the request is sent after 3:30pm Central Time. In that case, we will return your call/email the next day.
How much do CLEs cost?
Our courses cost $59 per CLE. However, if you join our “Everything Plan,” you will get unlimited home study and live webinar CLE courses for one low monthly rate of $45.99/month (with a 12-month contract).
How do I stop receiving emails from you?

What is your refund policy?
REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES
Proof of Delivery: A product (defined as a home study course enrollment, live webinar registration, certificate/certification program enrollment, membership program enrollment, or e-book purchase) is assumed delivered in full when the enrolled course module(s) appear(s) in the front-end user Dashboard or when the e-book order shows complete and/or file access granted. • Asynchronous home study course enrollment and self-paced certificate/certification program enrollment is 100% quality guaranteed. As long as the course has not been completed, the customer is eligible for a full refund equal to the amount paid (minus payment system processing fees), no questions asked, within 24 hours of verified, completed purchase. • For completed live CE webinar and live consultation event registrations, full refunds are available when formally requested (minus payment system processing fees), up to 72 hours before the event is scheduled to start. NOTE: Event start times are listed in Central Time US. IMPORTANT: If the time conditions above are not met when a refund is requested, exchange credit equal to the amount paid may be requested. As long as the course has not been completed, these requests will be granted immediately with no credit expiration date. **Monthly-paid Membership Subscriptions and certificate/certification program Payment Plans are managed on financial agreements that carry a different Terms and Conditions policy not covered by the Refund Policy language herein. Subscription and Payment Plan Terms and Conditions are presented for review and are required to be legally accepted prior to purchase of those programs. For monthly-paid membership and certificate/certification program enrollment using the payment plan option, the Subscription and Payment Plan Terms and Conditions document can be viewed and downloaded prior to purchase from a link placed directly on the monthly membership enrollment form as well as each payment plan enrollment form. ***Cash refunds, either partial or full, may not include nonrefundable payment system processing fees.
What is your complaint policy?
Legal Master, LLC will comply with all legal and ethical responsibilities to be non-discriminatory in promotional activities, course content, and in the treatment of customers. The monitoring and assessment of compliance with these standards will be the responsibility of the Vice President of Continuing Legal Education. When a grievance arises pertaining to continuing education programs or processes, the complainant is expected to notify customer service (support@legalmastercle.com) by email as soon as possible, so that the concern may be addressed by the Human Resources Manager in a timely fashion.
If the Human Resources Manager and the Vice President of Continuing Legal Education cannot immediately resolve the issue, they will bring the complaint to the Legal Master, LLC CEOs. Maximum effort and care will be taken to uphold the confidentiality of the complainant. The Vice President of Continuing Legal Education will formulate a response to the complaint and recommend action if necessary, which will be conveyed directly to the complainant. A grievance concerning a specific course offering, content, or costs may be resolved by modifications to future offerings, and/or by providing a partial or full refund to the complainant, or an alternative opportunity. The participant who initiated the grievance is informed of the status of his/her complaint at all levels.
What if I want to cancel my subscription/membership with Legal Master?
Membership subscriptions are managed under a different Terms and Conditions that can be viewed here: xxxx. Membership subscription cancellation is covered under Section xx of the aforementioned separate membership subscription and payment plan Terms and Conditions (relevant Subsections of the Subscription Terms and Conditions are shared below):
Termination of Membership
• Member may terminate these Terms and Conditions by providing one month’s written notice to Legal Master (i.e. Company). If notice is given during the Contract Term, Member remains liable for the Monthly Payments for the remaining period of the Contract Term if benefits of service have been received. Early termination may be granted for a flat $150 fee if Member has not yet received benefits of service AND has not been billed for more than two consecutive billing periods.
• Upon termination of this Contract for whatever reason all sums owed by Member to Legal Master (i.e. Company) shall become due and payable by Member with immediate effect. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. If you have any questions or are unsatisfied with our Services, please email us at support@legalmastercle.com.
Once I enroll, how long do I have access to the course? When do I have to complete the course and earn my certificate?
Once you enroll in an individual course, that course is available indefinitely in your dashboard with no access restrictions or completion due dates (the lifespan of a given course is typically 5-6 years before it is retired or replaced). Once complete the course, your official signed PDF certificate is date stamped and automatically emailed to you as well as available for download from your Dashboard for up to one year after course completion.
For live CE webinar registrations, we ask that you mark your attendance and complete your course evaluation to receive your certificate of completion within 72 hours of the conclusion of your live training. Preferably, you should complete this step as soon as your live workshop has been completed.
NOTE: If you are a member of our low-cost “Everything Plan,” access to course content and earned certificates is maintained as long as your membership is active and in good standing.
